How our admissions process works

1.

Initial Inquiry

The process begins when you contact us or complete the inquiry form. We will ask a few basic questions about your loved one’s care needs, current situation, and timing.

2.

Care Needs Discussion

We will talk with you about daily routines, mobility, personal care, medication support, supervision needs, dietary needs, and any health or safety concerns.

3.

Schedule A Tour

If Bethany Joy Garden may be a good fit, we will invite you to tour the home, view available rooms, and ask questions.

4.

Resident Assessment

Before admission, we complete an assessment to make sure we can safely meet the resident’s needs.

5.

Review Pricing And Room Availability

After understanding the resident’s needs, we will review available room options, monthly rate, and what is included.

6.

Admission Paperwork

If Bethany Joy Garden is the right fit, we will guide you through the required admission forms, care documents, medication information, and move-in details.

7.

Move-In Day

On move-in day, we help make the transition as smooth and comfortable as possible. Families may bring familiar belongings to help the resident feel more at home.
